Information Technology/Digital Content Manager

Duhamel Radio is looking for someone to supervise our office network and manage our on-air and workstation computer systems.  Applicant should be knowledgeable in all manners of computer hardware and office software products, including Microsoft and Apple.  Applicant should also have a basic knowledge of network systems and have an aptitude for trouble-shooting computer problems.

 

The job also includes being our Digital Content Manager for all of our radio station websites, Facebook and Texting accounts.  Applicant must be savvy with Social media, up-to-date on the latest technology and current events, be able to handle general website maintenance, build new pages and be able to assist in developing ideas and procedures to drive traffic to station websites and Facebook pages.  In addition, applicant would manage and develop mobile platforms for each station, produce web art for station websites and social media sites using Photoshop or similar design software.

 

Applicant must have a basic understanding of Marketing and creating Brand Awareness for each station, the ability to communicate and work with station sales and programming staffs and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Gillette man killed in one-vehicle rollover accident
A Gillette man is dead after a one vehicle accident near Buffalo, Wyoming. For unknown reasons, 77-year-old Raymond Schwindt lost control of his Jeep Wrangler on Interstate 90 east of Buffalo, smashing into a guard-rail causing it to cartwheel one and a half times before landing in the opposite lane. The accident remains under investigation.

A chronic illness has a Rapid City woman in need of a second kidney transplant. Woope Claymore has a disease called lupus. It's a chronic inflammatory disease that affects various parts of the body. The disease is attacking the kidney she received in a transplant several years ago from Rapid City resident Jim White. Now she needs a second kidney transplant.

Authorities identify woman killed at Falling Rock
Pennington County, S.D.- A 39 year old woman has died as a result of injuries sustained from a fall while rock climbing this afternoon.At 5:00pm, Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to Falling Rock for a report of an injured rock climber. Members of the Pennington County Search and Rescue team also responded and were able to extricate the victim.
